Yes. We require a minimum 3-hour buffer between bookings to allow sufficient time for vehicle inspection, cleaning, and preparation.

Yes. We offer the following discounts:

10% off for repeat 5-star customers

10% off – 7-day rentals

15% off – 15-day rentals

25% off – 30-day rentals

Additionally, if a vehicle’s monthly utilization is below 40% by the 7th of the month, pricing may be reduced by up to 20% at our discretion.

A 9.75% sales tax (San Mateo County) is applied to the rental rate and any applicable fees, in compliance with local tax regulations.

This location is conveniently close to SFO Airport, allowing guests to avoid airport parking and delivery fees.

At this time, delivery to other locations is not offered due to logistical and parking challenges. Delivery options may be added in the future once staffing allows.

For keyless vehicles, pick-up and return are available 24 hours a day, as the parking facility operates around the clock.

Yes. Pick-ups and returns are allowed outside business hours for keyless vehicles.

Snow chains are available upon request for our Cayenne vehicles. While generally not required—since California Highway Patrol chain control rules exempt 4WD vehicles with M+S-rated tires—we are happy to provide them for added peace of mind.

Young Driver Fee (ages 21–25): Requires approval and a $500 security deposit

Refueling Fee: $20 + cost of fuel

Late Return Fee: $125 per day

Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $150

Additional mileage is charged at $0.33 per mile.

There is no additional charge for approved additional drivers.

🚭 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vapes.

Evidence of smoking will result in:

Actual cleaning and detailing costs, plus a $250 penalty fee

Please note: Marijuana smoking is treated the same as tobacco. While cannabis may be legal in California, the odor lingers and is not permitted in our vehicles.

All vehicles are registered with EZ-Pass, and no action is required from the renter.
Tolls incurred during the rental will be billed at cost, with no markup.

No fee for vehicles returned in a reasonably clean condition

If the vehicle is returned with bodily fluids, sticky residues, or strong odors (including alcohol or illicit drugs), we will charge:
